Over the years I have helped thousands of people and I regularly receive over 100 phone calls and 300 emails per day to my cell phone. It is nearly impossible for me to stay focused on projects when I am constantly distracted so I appreciate you emailing me.
To ensure that as a client you are able to communicate with our company, we have improved our communications methods. We have redesigned our website to include important company updates such as this, important training videos, blog updates and online forms that when filled out come directly to us with priority status. One of our goals for this year is to implement a ticketing system so that you can see the status of a project.
Additionally, we have created an email newsletter that will be delivered weekly to keep you informed of important information. We will begin a year long educational series to help you, our client, utilize all of the available online tools. Many experts claim that 2010 will be the year for Social Media and Online Marketing and we agree with them.
